In line with the celebration of the 124th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) this September 2024 which is anchored on the theme: "Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant-Heroes", the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO) conducted the Training on Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service (RACCS) facilitated by the Center for Global Best Practices at the Roma Salon, The Manila Hotel, 05 September 2024.
Atty. Alma Flores-Foronda served as the resource person. The discussions focused on explaining the salient provisions of the RACCS and ensuring that every PLLO official and employee understood the course of action to be taken when an employee commits misconduct and illegal acts.
The discussion also included how one can file administrative case and the process thereafter. Atty. Flores-Foronda also discussed Supreme Court Rulings and other relevant jurisprudence. PLLO officials and staff, led by Secretary Mark Llandro Mendoza, actively participated in the discussion and open forum.
