The National Police College (NPC) held its Graduation Ceremonies for Public Safety Officers Advance Course (PSOAC) Classes at the NPC Heroes Hall, Camp Mariano Castañeda, Silang, Cavite, 17 August 2023.
Secretary Mark Llandro L. Mendoza, Presidential Adviser on Legislative Affairs and Head of the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO), served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the event. In his Keynote Speech, Sec. Mendoza recognized the hard work, bravery, and sacrifices of the 148 graduating officers and their respective families.
Sec. Mendoza highlighted three virtues that each of them must carry in their profession and their personal lives: respect, gratitude, and integrity.
The PLLO Secretary encouraged everyone to remain steadfast and committed in fulfilling their duties and to always trust the leadership of the Philippine National Police (PNP) under the administration of His Excellency, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
Sec. Mendoza also assured that the PLLO will always be a strong supporter of the police force as they work together for good governance and public service.
